Can I give my personal information securely?

All information provided is treated confidentially and with appropriate security controls. Your information will be used by WashClub to deliver the products that you ordered and to send you transactional communication. Your information will also be shared with P&G if you have subscribed to their respective marketing communication in which case their respective Privacy Policy will apply. Payment is managed through the HiPay Wallet, Paypal or Stripe external payment gateways.

I can’t remember my username or password, how can I retrieve it?

From your My Account space, you can retrieve your password by clicking on the Forgotten password link. Just fill in your contact email and validate your request: your password will be sent to this address.

Do I need to register my details and create an account to place an order?

Yes, if you chose a subscription plan you will need to create an account as part of the ordering process. This will later allow you to access the “My Account” space to manage your subscription. If you buy an individual offer you can place your order as a guest directly without creating an account.

Is registering my AEG washing machine mandatory?

No. Registering your AEG washing machine is optional, but could unlock some advantages from AEG. Find out more on their website here.

How can I register my AEG washing machine?

You have different options. You can either click on “Register your AEG machine” under the “Join Wash Club” tab or in the “How it works” page, or at “check-out”. All options will re-direct you to AEG’s registration site.

How can I change my personal data?

You can modify your data by logging into your personal space in the “My Account” section or contact our Care Centre through the Chat Window down this screen.

How can I change my shipping address in the order I just placed?

Wash Club can’t change the shipping address of your first delivery after you’ve submitted your order.

Can I have my next subscription shipment delivered to a different address?

Yes, simply go to your personal space in the “My Account” section and change your current shipping address for the new one. For the change to be effective on your next shipment, changes must happen 72 hours before next shipment is scheduled.

Which destinations are covered?

Orders can only be delivered to Belgium.

When will my order be delivered?

In order for your order to be shipped the same day, it must be placed, verified and confirmed before 3pm. After 3pm, the order will be shipped the next business day.
Our postal service providers then commit themselves to deliver the order within 2-7 working days maximum.

What are the different payment methods available to pay for my order?

Our external payment service providers, HiPay Wallet and Stripe, accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also use PayPal if you prefer to use that payment method.

When is my payment processed?

As soon as your payment has been validated, your bank will issue an authorization. However, your bank account is only debited when your parcel is dispatched.
