2 – Acceptance of General Sale Terms and Conditions

These General Sale Terms and Conditions (hereafter the “GSTC”) apply to the entire contents of this website under the domain name Wash Club offers for sale products and product subscriptions to Users. Users of the website are expected to read these GSTC carefully. By purchasing products or a subscription plan, the User expressly accepts the present GSTC. Wash Club reserves the right to modify the GSTC at any time. Any changes to the GSTC will be posted on and, where appropriate, notified to you by email. Please check back frequently to see any updates and changes to the GSTC. Your continued purchase of products or subscription plan following the posting of the changes to the GSTC will indicate your acceptance to these changes.

Users must be 18 or over to create an account with Wash Club and purchase products and/or subscription plans from the Website. Users must ensure that the details they provide upon registration are accurate and complete. Users are asked to create a password when they set up an account with Wash Club. User is solely responsible for all activities and orders that occur on their account, and are requested to keep their password private and confidential. Password can be changed by Users at any time by accessing their “My account” section or contacting Wash Club Customer Service using the following form:

The ordered quantities should be limited for his/her own personal use as described in these T&Cs.
Users are defined as ‘consumers’ i.e. a physical person ordering for his/her personal needs and not for any industrial, commercial, agricultural or business needs.

Wash Club reserves the right to refuse a new User registration, suspend or cancel a User’s account at any time at its sole discretion.

By accepting these GSTC, Users also accept P&G’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

3- Products marketed on

A. Offers

WashClub offers two types of offers: Users can buy an individual offer or register to a subscription plan. Wash Club does not guarantee availability of all products that may have been ordered.

(i) The individual offer is 3 Packs of 15ct Dash 3in1 PODS.
(ii) There are 3 subscription plans:
— 3 Packs of 15ct Dash 3in1 PODS
— 2 Packs of 15ct Dash 3in1 PODS + 1.54L Dash Regular Liquid
— 2 Bottles of 1.54L of Dash Regular Liquid

For any of these options, Users can add a number of Lenor Fabric Enhancer products (choosing from 2 variants) and/or Unstoppables Fresh at their discretion.

Offers are limited to Belgium territory only. Prices listed on Wash Club are in Euros, inclusive of all taxes and VAT applicable at the time of the purchase. Shipping costs may apply, calculated on the basis of the order, and shall be indicated to the User when placing an order and before proceeding to payment.

Prices may be subject to change in which case, prices indicated at the time of placing the order or initiating the subscription shall be the ones to apply. Existing subscriptions will not be impacted by changes in prices but will be impacted by changes in any applicable taxes. If you do not agree to these changes, you may terminate the agreement as set out in section 2) below.

B. Subscriptions specific conditions

For subscriptions, Users can determine the delivery frequency by selecting the type of offer and indicating a washing frequency.

Delivery frequency per washing frequency:

  • 1-2 washes per week -> delivered every 5 months
  • 3-2 washes per week -> delivered every 4 months
  • 5-6 washes per week -> delivered every 3 months
  • 7-8 washes per week -> delivered every 2 months
  • 8 washes per week -> delivered every month

The subscription plan is by default for 1 year and is automatically renewed.

Users can:

  • terminate their subscription plan at any time with a 30 days advanced notice by accessing their “My account” section or contacting Customer Service through the chat box below;
  • modify their subscription plan for the following purposes:
  • add/remove Lenor and/or Unstoppables products
  • change the delivery/payment frequency;
  • advance or delay the shipping of the products to their shipping address by accessing their “My Account” section. This will not impact the normal frequency between the shipments: delaying the next shipment for 1 week will not reduce the normal sequence between the following shipments, preserving the initial frequency chosen (ex. 4 weeks).

Any change in the subscription plan will be effective 72 hours prior to the next shipment.

Any further changes in the plan (for example: move from 2 Packs of 15ct Dash 3in1 PODS + 1.54L Dash Regular Liquid to 3 Packs of 15ct Dash 3in1 PODS) will require to terminate the initial subscription plan and initiate a new subscription plan.

LRP has the right to terminate any subscription plan at any time with 30 days notice. Notice shall be in writing and sent by regular email.

C. Specific promotions

The Website might offer specific promotions applicable on the offers stated above for a limited amount of time and for a defined amount of Users. In the case of such a promotion, Users cannot redeem more than 1 (one) time the promotion. In case of non-compliance with these terms or abuses, the Website reserves the right to cancel any deliveries or orders without any prior notice. 4- Orders & Payments

By putting an order in (product or subscription) the User expressly accepts the present GSTC without restriction or reservation. Wash Club’s confirmation of the order acceptance shall constitute proof of this acceptance and of the transaction. Although User shall receive a confirmation email from Wash Club, it is recommended that the User keeps a copy of this order acceptance once purchase is completed. This confirmation email will specify the description of the offer (product or subscription), the total amount invoiced and the delivery terms of the order.

The amount of each order is limited to 250 Euros per order/delivery.

All orders are payable in Euros at the moment the order is placed and at the moment a recurring subscription plan order is shipped. Users can pay by credit/debit card or using PayPal.

Payment by credit/debit card is operated by HiPay Wallet or Stripe payment gateway, which accept Bancontact, Maestro, Belfius, CBC, ING, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. More information is available on the following links: HIPAY WALLET and STRIPE.

User’s card or PayPal account shall be debited upon shipping of the products.

User warrants to Wash Club that it has the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method. Wash Club reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, whatever its nature and level of execution, in the event of non-payment of any sum due by User or in the event of a payment incident. Penalties of an amount equal to the legal interest rate are automatically applicable to unpaid amounts after ten days following the invoice date.

As part of the fight against fraud on the Internet, information relating to your order can be transmitted to any competent authority for verification.

In case of unavailability of one or more products after placing the order, User will be notified by e-mail. The order placed will be recalculated and User will be debited with the revised amount. If User’s order is completely unavailable User will be notified by email and will not be charged.

Wash Club however reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order from a User in case of a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, or for any other legitimate reason.

5- Delivery of orders

The products will be delivered to the shipping address indicated by the User on the order form.

Standard delivery will take place within an average of 2 to 7 days from the date of receipt of the order confirmation.

Users can only change their shipping address in their account if they have a subscription. Changes should be made at least 72 hours before the next shipment is scheduled.

Estimated delivery date shall be communicated in the order confirmation email.

6- Legal Warranty

The User benefits from the provisions of the legal guarantee of conformity in application of articles 1649bis – 1649octies of the Civil Code and the legal guarantee of latent defects in accordance with articles 1641 – 1649 of the Civil Code.

In case of lack of conformity of the product, in particular due to an anomaly or an error on the delivered references, the User can choose to return the product to Wash Club and obtain a refund.

The return costs will be refunded by Wash Club at the request of the User.

7- Instructions for returning products

7.1 Defective products:

Products may be returned by the User
i. at their own costs,
ii. within 14 days from the date of receipt by the User,
iii. using the Return Form attached to his order or available on the Return Form page,
iv. if the product is intact (untouched/not used), in its original state, in its packaging (and set packaging where applicable) and with its accessories (where applicable),

A specific return procedure will then be communicated to you.

If the above conditions are met, the price of the product shall be reimbursed to the User using same payment method as the one used by the User.

7.2 Right of withdrawal

7.2.1 According to the applicable legislation, the User benefits from an option to exercise his/her withdrawal rights, enabling him/her to cancel the order without any justification within a 14 day delay as of the reception of the delivery of the products. The exercise of such option will terminate any order or subscription.

The user expressly acknowledges and accepts that in compliance with the applicable legislation, such withdrawal right cannot be applied if the goods have been tempered with by the user after delivery and that they cannot be sent back for health and safety reasons.

No penalty will be applied to the product return. However, the User will have to bear all costs related to sending back the products (not opened or otherwise tempered with)

To exercise the withdrawal right option, the User needs to inform of his/her decision in writing clearly stating that he/she wants to exercise the withdrawal right sending it to LRP address (Rue de Rosoux 38, 4250 GEER,BELGIUM) or by filling in the withdrawal right form available in the Sales Terms and Conditions, available here and sending it back to LRP:

Products must be returned to LRP in its original packaging together a copy of the corresponding invoice. The products should not have been opened or used. The User is fully liable in case of damage occurred to the products when they are returned to LRP.

The User will be reimbursed from all the amount paid from its order within a reasonable delay and no later than fourteen (14) after LRP receives the withdrawal request. LRP reserves the right to withhold any reimbursement until the effective reception of the returned products.

8- Property

Wash Club retains full and complete ownership of the products sold until the full payment of the price, in principal, fees and taxes included.

9- Liability

Wash Club, LRP and P&G shall not be held responsible for the User’s usage of the Website and products purchased on the Website. All material on the Website is processed by LRP to be correct and of high quality without any warranties or guarantees and neither LRP nor P&G shall be liable for any errors or omissions in the Website or for any technical problems User may experience with the Website. Access to the Website may be restricted from time to time to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services.

If User detects a fault in the Website, User may contact Wash Club using below’s chat box.

To the extent permitted by law, LRP and P&G shall not be liable for:

  • Any third-party viruses or other disabling features that impact User’s access to or use of the Website;
  • Incompatibility of the Website with any of the Users’ equipment, software or telecommunications links;
  • Delays or failures which User may experience whilst conducting any transactions on the Website;
  • Technical problems including errors or interruptions of the Website;
  • Consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure and loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to User’s use of the Website.

Wash Club provides links to third party websites with whom P&G has established relationships. Using these links mean that User will be leaving the Website, and entering sites operated by third parties who operate their own policies governing User’s use of their sites, and their use of User’s personal data. LRP and P&G have not reviewed such websites and have no control over them and makes no representations, whatsoever as to their quality, propriety or otherwise and shall not be liable for any issues arising in connection with the third party’s use of User’s data, the website content or the services offers to User by these websites.

10- Intellectual Property

In accordance with applicable intellectual property laws, this Website, its content and any communications made by Wash Club are the exclusive property of P&G, which grants no license or other right other than that of consulting the Site. Reproduction, copying, scraping or use of all or part of the Website or its content is not permitted in any form, for any purpose whatsoever.

11- Privacy Policy

WashClub is operated by LRP on behalf of P&G, who is the data controller. As a result, LRP acts as data processor for P&G. By accepting the present GSTC, Users accept P&G’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy which apply to Wash Club.

Users have the right to access, correct, erase, transfer to another provider, or object to or restrict processing of your personal data. For the exercise of these rights, click here. Users may also edit their personal information by accessing their personal space in the “My Account” section.

All data provided by you is treated confidentially and with appropriate security controls. Your information will be used by WashClub to deliver the products that you ordered and to send you transactional communication on behalf of P&G.

12- Applied law

The present GSTC will be governed by the laws of Belgium.

In case of any issue arising on the implementation or consequences of the current Sales Terms and Conditions, the parties will aim finding an amicable solution before taking the matter to court. If the User is not satisfied with the customer service, the User can always submit his/her complaint to the online dispute resolution platform, facilitating an independent resolution of online complaints between consumers and professionals in the EU, outside of the judicial system, available at:

The courts of Brussels will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute between the Parties arising out of or relating to the present GSTC.
